We don’t just take the plans that others have put together, we pride ourselves in our ability to offer the full “design and build” solution.

The planning phase

This means taking the time to sit with you – as long as it takes – until we really understand how you see your dream home. How you and your family, will live your life in your new home.

Then, with this understanding, our job is to work with you to realise your dreams – as efficiently as possible.

Working with our designer team, we will produce design drawings and then the final plans.

The key advantage here, is that because we’re builders, we know where we can refine elements of the design, to ensure than the construction phase is as cost efficient as possible.

During the planning stage, we get everything “out on the table”, to ensure there are no surprises – we don’t begin construction, until every element of the project is clearly understood – by both of us.

The construction phase

Then during construction, because you deal with the builder every step of the way, you will always be kept in the loop.

We understand there are always questions, issues, concerns and even hiccups along the way – but our planning means that any hiccups can be identified and resolved, well before they become problems.
